Enka Marketing GDPR General Information Text

Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("GDPR"), Enka Marketing Import Export Corporation (MERSIS NO: 0335004901100017) ("COMPANY") will process, record, store, update, transfer, and/or classify your personal data as described below, as the Data Controller, in connection with its business purposes.
 
In this context, our Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data, prevent unauthorized access and processing, and ensure its preservation, in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the right to privacy, and to protect personal data, as regulated by the Laws and Regulations enacted for this purpose.

Our Company may collect your personal data through various methods, including but not limited to, our website www.enka.com.tr, our General Directorate and Regional Directorate facilities, our customer service points, Technical Service points, other customer service channels, our social media accounts, communication registration form, your purchases of spare parts products and services from our Company, website support panel, cookies, web analytics tools, and similar technologies, through automatic and non-automatic written, verbal, and digital methods when you visit one of our company locations via security cameras and visitor entry logs.
 
Legal bases for processing your Personal Data;
 
Processing of personal data is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract with the data subject or the data controller to whom the data are to be disclosed, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract;

For the purposes of complying with our Company's legal obligations and making necessary notifications to relevant/authorized public institutions, the legal basis for processing personal data is to fulfill our Company's legal obligations and to establish, use or defend any right in case of any dispute;

Your personal data may be shared with Enka Marketing sales points, regional directorates, dealers, and business partners, Enka Holding and its affiliates, as well as third-party service providers for cookies as specified in the "Enka Marketing Cookie Policy"; with companies and agencies we receive support from for marketing, promotion, advertising, and communication purposes; with courier and logistics companies that ensure the delivery of spare part product orders to you; with service provider companies we receive support for website and mobile application functions, sending instant notifications and SMS/email messages, and call center services, among others; with consultancy, audit, legal, information technologies, logistics, archive, etc., suppliers providing support for our internal operations, audit, internal control, information systems, legal, financial, and internal operations; and with authorized individuals and institutions authorized to request your personal data.

A response will be provided to your application within 30 days. In order to provide a healthy response to your applications, your application must contain your name, surname, TCKN (passport number for foreigners), address information to which we can send our response, and documents proving your identity. If you are applying via email, your email address must be pre-registered in our systems, you must clearly and understandably specify the subject of your request, and you must be either the subject of the request yourself or prove that you are specifically authorized to act on behalf of someone else.
 
Consents given for receiving commercial electronic communications can be withdrawn at any time. You can withdraw your previously given consents for receiving commercial electronic communications and communicate your communication preferences to our Company via the methods specified in the relevant communication or by sending an email to Enkakvkk@rnka.com.tr, or you can communicate them via the Commercial Communication Management System (CCMS) platform in accordance with the relevant legislation.
