ENKA PAZARLAMA İHRACAT İTHALAT ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Company”) operates the website www.enka.com.tr  and prioritizes protecting the privacy of visitors (“Data Subject”) of the website.   • Customer Transaction Information and Marketing Information (Order details and history, campaigns, surveys, preferences)
  • Transaction Information (behavioral and digital trace, IP)
  • Technical specifications of the device used (computer, phone) and software information (operating system)
  • Location (where the website was accessed from)

The Company may obtain information related to the Data Subject’s use of the Site through cookies, which are technical communication files. Cookies collect IP information to identify access and usage habits of the services offered on the Site. Depending on their type, cookies generally collect data regarding browsing and usage preferences on the device through which you access the Website. 2. For What Purposes Are the Data Used?
The Company processes personal data provided by the Data Subject for purposes such as benefiting from products and services offered on its websites, delivering notifications and updates regarding products and services to the Data Subject, evaluating messages transmitted via the Site, responding to information requests, handling complaints, providing post-sales services, and meeting requests for information about the Company's products and services. The Company also processes personal data to conduct its commercial activities, determine and implement its commercial and business strategies, ensure legal, technical, and commercial security of the Company and individuals in business relations with the Company, and fulfill obligations arising from the nature of these activities. 

Additionally, the Company processes these personal data to improve its services, develop new services, provide necessary notifications to the Data Subject, and fulfill obligations stemming from the nature of the services provided.

Such personal data may also be used to contact the Data Subject or improve their experience on the Site (e.g., enhancing current services, creating new services, and offering personalized services). The Data Subject may apply to the Company to exercise the following rights:

  • To request information regarding the processing of their personal data,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether their personal data is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, either domestically or abroad,
  • To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set forth in the relevant legislation,
  • To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to a decision resulting from the exclusive processing of data through automated systems, if it is detrimental to the Data Subject,
  • To claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.

Data subjects have the right to submit their requests regarding their personal data to the Company through the methods outlined below. The Company will evaluate the request based on its nature and respond as soon as possible, and at the latest within thirty days. No fee will be charged for responses up to ten pages. For responses exceeding ten pages, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged per page. If the response is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee charged by the Company will not exceed the cost of the medium.

To exercise your rights mentioned above, you may submit your request in Turkish, in written form, or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using an electronic mail address that you have previously notified to the Company and is registered in our system, in accordance with Article 13(1) of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller" published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 dated 10.03.2018. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

  2. For Turkish citizens, your Turkish ID number; for foreigners, your nationality, passport number, or, if available, your identity number,
  3. Your residential or workplace address for notifications,
  4. Your email address, telephone number, and fax number, if applicable, for notification purposes,
  5. The subject of your request, and any relevant information or documents should be attached to your application.

Your request must be submitted with all required information and documents provided accurately and completely. In such cases, the Company reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must include all requested information and documents, complete and appropriate to the nature of your request.

6. Retention Period for Personal Data

The Company will retain personal data provided by the Data Subject for the duration necessary to fulfill the processing purposes specified above. Additionally, in the event of any potential disputes between the Data Subject and the Company, the Company may retain personal data for the limitation periods specified by the applicable legislation, strictly for the purpose of conducting necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute.

7. Measures and Commitments Regarding Data Security
The Company undertakes to take necessary technical and administrative measures and conduct necessary audits to ensure an appropriate level of security to:
